Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within three weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than three weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us before sending it back. All of our canvases should be returned back undamaged and in its original packaging. Once we will receive it back, we will issue you a full refund.
Please note that we are not accepting pre-paid packages. All products must be sent back at your expenses.
